🔁 Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing during tracked shipping, please feel free to email me.
I’ll be happy to chat and see what can be done, depending on the item and situation.

Please note:

I cannot offer compensation for:

• Untracked mail that gets lost

• Deliveries are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer

💱 Currency

All prices in the shop are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

📦 Shipping (Malaysia Store)

All orders are shipped from Malaysia via DHL or PosLaju, unless otherwise stated.

✉️ Sticker-Only Orders (Optional Non-Tracked Shipping)

If you’d like to receive your sticker-only order via non-tracked stamped mail:

• Leave a note at checkout, OR

• Email me at ohseemay@gmail.com

The excess tracked shipping fee will be refunded.

⚠️ Non-tracked stamped mail is used at your own risk; I cannot replace or refund lost mail.

Estimated arrival times:

• Within Malaysia: 1–2 weeks

• International: 2–5 weeks

⏳ Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 weeks.

• Pre-orders may require an additional 1–2 weeks.

• You’ll receive an email once your order ships!

🌍 International Store

Orders placed under the “International Store” category are fulfilled via Print on Demand.

Your item will be produced and shipped from the closest available fulfillment center.

Estimated delivery time: 3–6 weeks

(This varies based on production time and international shipping logistics.)

Please allow a few extra days for processing and shipping. As these items are fulfilled externally, shipping times are beyond my control.

🌐 Customs & Import Taxes

International orders (outside of Malaysia) may be subject to customs, VAT, or import taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any additional charges or delays incurred.
